Biography
Dina Avakyan provides advice on various aspects of tax law, customs and currency regulation, as well as compliance issues. Dina Avakyan advises on various aspects of Russian tax law and international tax planning and structuring, including tax issues of corporate reorganizations and mergers/acquisitions, issues connected with taxation of inbound/outbound investments. She also advises private clients on a wide range of issues related to tax, estate and family planning and asset management and protection, including creation of foreign trusts, foundations and other foreign personal structures. Dina advises on currency and customs and compliance matters (compliance) and has participated in the development and implementation of employee incentive programs.
