Advised major multinational companies on a set of new Russian laws regulating business activities on the Internet.
Advised an American multinational technology company in connection with the potential launch on the Russian market of the client’s satellite network-based service.
Provided telecom providers, OEMs, IT infrastructure operators with various legal advice on Connected Car regulation.
Advised multinational IT companies on the regulatory regime applicable to the cloud-based communications services comprising voice, video conferencing with screen-sharing, team chat, file-sharing and other communications capabilities.

Conducted a comprehensive study «Legal aspects of the delegation of decision-making by artificial intelligence systems in «smart cities», as a result of which, we developed recommendations for the development and improvement of Russian legislation on the issue of delegating tasks to artificial intelligence.
Advised and represented a Russian subsidiary of an American technology company on audit of compliance with personal data legislation initiated by Roskomnadzor (Russian TMT watchdog).
Advised an American multinational technology company on issues related to child protection, advertising, online regulatory matters, intellectual property rights infringement.
Advised a live video-streaming provider on takedown requirements, development of contractual documentation and other issues arising from the operation of their online platform in Russia.
Performed a compliance review relating to the participation in the upcoming auction for LTE frequencies in Russia for a global provider of telecommunication services.
