Advised Amtel Properties on the sale of its Class A warehouse with an area of 56,400 sqm in the Moscow Oblast (Klin) to a group of Russian investors. Our work included contract drafting, negotiations with the buyer and the buyer’s bankers.

Assisted Maersk with the acquisition of its build-to-suit cold warehouse in St. Petersburg.
Advised LLC Air Liquide Kuzbass in connection with EUR 100 million project financing from Eurasian Development Bank provided for purposes of the construction of an energy-efficient plant for the production of industrial gases in Novokuznetsk.
Advised Renaissance Construction on its contract matters relating to its subcontract with the façade panel contractor Waagner-Biro, a subsidiary of the Austrian contractor, in relation to construction of Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg.
Acted for a subsidiary of the Boeing Company in connection with renewal of its office lease in a Class A office building in Moscow, with a total area of approximately 5,400 sqm.
Advised the owner of a major potassium-magnesium salts deposit on EPC work contract governed by Russian law to develop its mining and processing facilities in the western region of Russia.
