Melling, Voitishkin & Partners represents Carlsberg with respect to selling its business in Russia

Melling, Voitishkin & Partners is advising Carlsberg, the Danish multinational brewer, on the sale of Baltika, the biggest brewer in Russia, which was announced on June 23, 2023, and on the separation of the Russian business from the rest of the Carlsberg Group.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

The transactional team is led by partner Sergei Voitishkin and includes Dmitry Yeremin, Sergey Kapustin and Valeria Zheludkova, the IP team is led by Margarita Divina and includes Anton Nazarenko and Roman Vlasov.  Sergei Zhestkov, Igor Tkach and Andrey Lebedev are advising on tax and financial aspects of the project.
