Melling, Voitishkin & Partners announces that counsel Ekaterina Pervova has joined the Finance & Capital Markets practice.
Ekaterina Pervova specializes in transactions in the debt and equity capital markets, structured finance and securitization, digital financial assets and fintech. Ekaterina also advises leading international and Russian banks and companies on derivatives and repo transactions, as well as on various aspects of banking and financial transactions and financial market regulation.
Before joining Melling, Voitishkin and Partners, Ekaterina worked in leading Russian banks such as Gazprombank and VTB, and also as a senior lawyer in the banking department of Allen & Overy Legal Services in Moscow.
