Andrey Lebedev specializes in banking and financial law. He advises clients on lending, financial regulation and regulatory approvals, digital financial assets and fintech, and mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector.
Sergey Samokhvalov specializes in capital markets transactions (debt and equity), structured finance and securitization. Sergey advises issuers, arrangers and originators on all issues arising during projects, and has been involved in the implementation of many unique, first-of-their-kind transactions.
