Representative Legal Matters

Advised an international pharmaceutical company on the dismissal of a conflict employee, participated in negotiations. In particular, the employee abused his rights and also falsified employment documents.
Advised large international companies on the matters of termination of the staff, supported the clients during signing of documents with the employees.
Successfully represented a large IT company during labor dispute with a toxic employee who was fired for systematic discipline violations. The dispute was complicated by mistakes made by the company in the procedure for bringing an employee to disciplinary responsibility.
Prepared a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory requirements of regional Russian legislation for one of the leading international manufacturers of tobacco products. This review focused on issues related to safety and health, as well as compensation and benefits for specific categories of employees in all regions of Russia.
Successfully represented a large Russian retail company in a dispute over the recognition of an employment relationship.

Advised a client in a dispute over job quotas for youth and the disabled. The prosecutor's office and the State Labor Inspectorate imposed a fine in amount of several million rubles for non-compliance with the quota.
