Advised an international manufacturer and distributor of clothing, accessories, cosmetics and jewelry on inspections by state authorities and current restrictions on the client's activities. Legal support for the negotiation process with landlords in order to avoid termination of lease agreements for shops and warehouses, negotiation of new terms of interaction with landlords. Assistance in preparing responses to inquiries, and in public communications and corporate solutions projects.
Advised an international manufacturer of computer equipment on the pre-trial settlement of claims with partners and end customers of the company in connection with the suspension of the client’s business operations in Russia and the termination of the supply of products and components to the Russian market.
Advised Carlsberg, the Danish multinational brewer, on the sale of Baltika, the biggest brewer in Russia, and on the separation of the Russian business from the rest of the Carlsberg Group.
Advised the Russian Platinum Group on various aspects of the proposed development of disseminated ore deposits of platinum group metals (PGMs) in the Norilsk Industrial District (Chernogorskaya Mining Company and Southern part of Norilsk 1 deposit).
