Ivan Chuprunov is a highly experienced M&A lawyer with over 19 years of experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in complex M&A transactions and joint ventures. His expertise also covers private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) projects, as well as advising private and public companies on a broad range of corporate matters.
His special focus is the Technology sector, where he has advised on some of the landmark transactions and worked across various segments, such as e-commerce, payment and financial services, e-classifieds, video on demand, e-media, and ridesharing.
Ivan is recommended in the field of corporate law by Russian and international rankings.
Prior to joining Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, Ivan worked at the international law firm Linklaters in Milan, London, Abu Dhabi, and Moscow.
