Advised a multinational oil & gas company in connection with the establishment of a joint venture for the construction and operation of the Baltic LNG plant in Russia.
As a lead counsel, advised Rhône Capital, a global private equity firm, and its affiliate Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS) on the USD 400 million acquisition of the drilling and fishing businesses from Schlumberger in 25 jurisdictions across the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Advised shareholders of Amur Zoloto in relation to the agreement between Kopy Goldfields AB, HC Alliance Mining Group Ltd. and Lexor Group SA whereby Kopy Goldfieds agreed to acquire 100% of the shares in Amur Gold Company Limited, through a reverse takeover.
Advised the borrower and the project owner, Alliance Altyn LLC, in connection with attracting a USD 180 million project financing from a large Russian bank for the construction of mining facilities and processing plant at Jerooy gold ore deposit in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Advised Yamal Development LLC on a USD 2,94 billion acquisition of a 60 percent equity stake in Artic Russia from Eni. Artic Russia owns a 49 percent interest in SeverEnergia, a Russian oil and gas company operating in the Yamal-Nenets region.
