Representative Legal Matters
  • Worked as a corporate counsel to Bristol-Myers Squibb Company on the Russian aspects of the post-acquisition integration following the global merger with Celgene.
  • Advised Marubeni Corporation in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with Russian Railways to operate medical checkup and prevention centers across Russia in order to give the patients an access to the best class services and diagnostics methods in healthcare.
  • Advised international pharmaceutical and medical device companies on the acquisition of product portfolios.
  • Advised international pharmaceutical and medical device companies on the acquisition of manufacturers and distributors.
  • Advised several international pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers on various regulatory issues (Russian track and trace serialization system, telemedicine, licensing, clinical trials and studies, advertising, product registrations, interactions with healthcare professionals, etc.).
  • Participated in due diligence investigations of Russian legal entities prior to the acquisition of their shares by foreign investors, including due diligences of pharmaceutical and medical device companies and other companies.
  • Participated in client secondments in international pharmaceutical companies, focusing on commercial and regulatory issues.
  • Advised companies on corporate law issues (including establishment of subsidiaries and /or branch offices, share purchase deals, asset deals, restructurings, liquidations, etc.).
