Advised one of the world leaders in the market of food products and household chemicals on issues related to the separation of an industrial plant into two industrial plants in order to sell one of them, including preparation of an agreement on use of common infrastructure.
Advised and represented a regional airport network on the execution of a lease agreement in relation to airport building and other airport infrastructure, which included provisions on the reconstruction of the airport.
Advised and represented GHP Russia in sale of a warehouse with the area of approximately 50,000 sqm.
Advised and represented a large international logistics company in the acquisition of land plots with an area of approximately 30,00 sqm and railroads located on such land plots for use as a logistics terminal.
Advised and represented a road deck manufacturer in the acquisition of part of a production site. The transaction included the execution of a sale and purchase agreement with respect to the land plots that needed to be divided by the seller and constructions located on such land plots, as well as easement agreements.
Advised a large Russian developer on structuring the relationship between the developer, the technical customer, and the contractor in developing 461 ha in Moscow (including the preparation of an agreement with the technical customer).
