  • Successfully represented an international technology corporation in a series of complex patent cases, including before the Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Russian Supreme Court, concerning claims seeking to prohibit the marketing in Russia of the client's mobile phones with Emergency SOS call functionality.
  • Successfully represented KIA Motors Corporation, Kia Motors Russia and CIS LLC and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus in complex and long-lasting litigation in which the claimant, a local trademark owner, tried to claim almost a RUB 91 billion (~USD 1.2 billion) compensation from our clients and prohibit the use of the "XLine" designation for cars.
  • Successfully represented an international technology corporation in a complex patent dispute involving a claim aimed at prohibiting the marketing in Russia of the client's mobile phones with geolocation functionality.
  • Successfully represented a major Russian technology company specializing in Internet goods and services in a complex patent dispute with one of the largest Russian computer design firms overuse of a utility model.
  • Successfully represented one of the world's largest pharmaceutical groups in a long and complex case to curb parallel imports of medical devices into Russia.
  • Successfully represented Christian Louboutin in an effective enforcement campaign against infringers bringing to the Russian market products illegally marked with the client's trademarks, including counterfeit products with a red sole, which is protected as a trademark.
  • Successfully represented the interests of operators of leading content streaming services in a series of lawsuits seeking to prohibit the operators from providing the technical conditions for placing content on clients' media services.
  • Successfully represented a leading multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, safety, health care and production of consumer goods in a multi-year, large-scale campaign to protect the client's multi-billion-dollar key brands from "dilution" in interactions with online infringers, state authorities, product certification organizations, publishing houses, and information intermediaries (ISPs).
  • Successfully protected the interests of the largest global luxury holding in an enforcement campaign against manufacturers, distributors and sellers of counterfeit products brought to the market before the client's original product line was launched, including successfully representing the client before the court and in dealings with internal affairs authorities.
  • Successfully represented a large multinational corporation providing engineering services for industrial, commercial, and consumer markets in a complex domain name dispute before the Russian courts. The case was complicated by the fact that the administrator and the registrar of the domain in which the client's trademark was illegally used (co-respondents) were affiliated with each other.
