  • Assisted a multinational pharmaceutical company in termination of employment and corporate relations with CEO of its legal entities in Russia and Ukraine and head of representative offices in 10 jurisdictions (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan).
