Nadia Goreslavskaya heads Antitrust & Competition practice group. Nadia specializes in obtaining merger control clearances of competition authorities and Government Commission on control over foreign investments, other regulatory bodies for the M&A deals, strategic investments, joint ventures, representing Russian and foreign companies before competition authorities and courts in Russia and Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), conducting general antitrust compliance audits.   • Advised and represented a major multinational producer of computer electronics before the Russian competition authorities on resale price fixing.
  • Advised and represented a multinational medical devices producer before the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in the antitrust case on violation of transboundary competition rules, including restrictions on territory allocations.
  • Represented a multinational technology company in the Delaware Court of Chancery lawsuit against the Israeli satellite company with respect to the application of Russian merger control and foreign investments law issues.
  • Advised a global payments system company on the competition law implications of its exclusive sponsorship of a major international sporting event in Russia.
