  • Advised Acino, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of brands from the IlmixGroup group of companies in Russia.
  • Advised a large investment bank on the acquisition of 100% of shares in an accredited certification center providing a range of services in the field of legally significant electronic document management, electronic reporting and accounting automation.
  • Represented a large private bank in the context of the acquisition of new shares in one of the Russian stock exchanges, as well as the acquisition of an option to acquire additional shares in this stock exchange from the third party.

  • Advised Carlsberg on consolidating 100% of the shares in the largest brewery in Russia and Eastern Europe Baltika Breweries, including a public offer to buy a 15.45% stake for approximately USD 1.2 billion from minority shareholders and subsequent squeeze-out of the remaining shareholders.
  • Advised a large Russian gas producer on a share swap with a Russian oil and gas company.
  • Advised the shareholders of OJSC Meditsina, a major Russian clinic, in connection with the sale of a minority stake to an international financial institution.
