Sergei Voitishkin is the managing partner of Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, the head of the M&A/Corporate practice group and an advocate. Sergei specializes in corporate and commercial law matters and advises leading international and Russian companies on corporate law, business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions in various industries, including oil and gas, energy, engineering, the chemical and metals industries, FMCG, and the banking sector.
