This landmark case established a key precedent, confirming the inapplicability of the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 95 to the guarantor of the Eurobond issuer.
Successfully defended a former director of a foreign company's representative office against claims for personal damages arising from alleged share overvaluation and the operation of a competing business. We achieved a full dismissal of the claim.
Represented a major energy sales company in its successful claim to recover damages from a former senior executive related to significant tax liabilities. We secured a judgment for the full amount claimed by our client.
Acted for a client in over 15 related court disputes to defeat a hostile asset seizure attempt. The complex, multi-front defense involved defeating foreclosure actions on shares valued at over RUB 11 billion and challenging claims of RUB 2.4 billion arising from fraudulent agreements. Our intervention successfully prevented any seizure of the client's assets.
Successfully defended one of Russia's largest freight operators against an attempt by Rostechnadzor to suspend the operations of a maritime transshipment complex. We successfully averted the suspension, with the court declining to impose this penalty on our client.
