Represented a syndicate of lenders in connection with financing the construction of a new passenger terminal and reconstruction of existing facilities at Novy Urengoy Airport, with investments totaling RUB 11.3 billion.
Represented VEB.RF and Gazprombank in connection with secured syndicated loans provided under the VEB.RF Project Finance Factory program to Schekinoazot, a leading Russian enterprise in the chemical products market, for the construction of a new methanol plant (transaction value RUB 14.5 billion).
Represented Moscow Credit Bank and Gazprombank in connection with the provision of RUB 5 billion of syndicated financing to OOO Eurotorg, the largest retail operator in Belarus.
Represented VEB.RF and Gazprombank in connection with secured syndicated loans provided under VEB.RF's Project Finance Factory program to a subsidiary of CRPT, one of Russia's leading IT companies, which acted as the operator of a national system for digital labelling and traceability of goods launched on the basis of a public-private partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Trade - the first PPP established with the participation of the federal government (transaction value RUB 24.2 billion).
Represented Gazprombank and Sberbank as lenders in connection with the provision of a RUB 100 billion syndicated financing facility with a maturity of 10 years to Messoyakhaneftegaz, a joint venture established by two Russian oil corporations - Rosneft and Gazprom Neft.

Advised a borrower and sponsors on a bridge loan as well as project financing with government support for the development of a copper deposit and the construction of related infrastructure.
Represented a borrower and sponsors in project financing provided by a syndicate of Russian banks for the construction of the largest stainless steel mill in the CIS.
Represented the borrower and sponsors in connection with the ongoing project financing of the construction of the largest LNG plant in the CIS, as well as with related contractual, sanctions and regulatory issues.
Represented the interests of an international group of companies in the energy and mineral fertilizer production sectors in connection with the restructuring of bank debt and derivatives worth over USD 5 billion.
