  • Represented foreign companies in various disputes brought by sanctioned Russian entities under Article 248.1 of the RF APC (involving applicable foreign law).
  • Successfully defended a contractual sanctions compliance clause in a precedent-setting court case, in which our team represented a Russian subsidiary of a well-known Swedish manufacturer of mining equipment in a claim brought by one of the companies of the UMMC [Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company] group.
  • Represented an IT company in numerous disputes with distributors in connection with suspension of technical support services for equipment.
  • Represented a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in disputes with its dealers.
  • Drafted policies as part of the compliance procedure in a large company.
  • Supported the interests of a debtor (IT giant) during bankruptcy proceedings.
