Advised one of the largest developers of proprietary software on the admissibility and limits of use of foreign cloud services in the oil and gas and financial sectors. The project included a comprehensive study of regulation on critical information infrastructure, personal data, legislation on information, as well as special industry legislation in the oil and gas and financial sectors.
Conducted a comprehensive study "Legal aspects of the delegation of decision-making by artificial intelligence systems in "smart cities", as a result of which, we developed recommendations for the development and improvement of Russian legislation on the issue of delegating tasks to artificial intelligence.
Advised Spotify on its launch in 13 new markets.
Advised major multinational companies on a set of new Russian laws regulating business activities in Internet, including the regulations on "landing" of major IT multinationals in Russia.
Conducted personal data audits in Russian subsidiaries of international pharmaceutical companies, representative office of a manufacturer of high-precision medical devices, subsidiary of an American investment bank, manufacturing companies. Prepared the clients for Roskomnadzor's (Russian data protection authority) inspections and successfully supported them during the inspections.
Provided ccomprehensive legal support to a Chinese video game developer on various issues related to its launch in the Russian market and further activities, including advising on intellectual property, personal data, consumer protection legislation, gambling regulation.
Provided on-going support to the world's largest social networks with regards to regulatory requirements applicable to their business activity. The work included advice on applicable regulation on social networks, online communication services, online advertising, personal data, consumer protection and content moderation, including responses to takedown requests of the regulator.
