Advised Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant on a 50/50 joint venture with Volzhsk Pipe Plant (a member of the TMK Group). The basis for the JV is Russian Stainless Company LLC established by the parties. The parties expect more than RUB 100 billion to be invested in the project.
