Succeeded in defending in the Chamber for Patent Disputes and the IP Court the Gilead Sciences’ Eurasian patent protecting its blockbuster combinatory medication Truvada, effective inter alia for the treatment of HIV, and also the client’s Russian patent protecting its blockbuster antiviral medication Sovaldi (INN Sofosbuvir).
Successfully represented EPK Company in an invalidation action against a Russian patent for an invention protecting a double bearing that had prevented EPK Company from manufacturing and selling such types of bearings in the Russian market for several years.
