  • Advised an American communications company on its cooperation with the leading Russian and CIS satellite operator and the Russian telecom provider.
  • Advised major multinational companies on a set of new Russian laws regulating business activities on the Internet.
  • Advised an American multinational technology company in connection with the potential launch on the Russian market of the client’s satellite network-based service.
  • Provided telecom providers, OEMs, IT infrastructure operators with various legal advice on Connected Car regulation.
  • Advised multinational IT companies on the regulatory regime applicable to the cloud-based communications services comprising voice, video conferencing with screen-sharing, team chat, file-sharing and other communications capabilities.
  • Conducted a comprehensive study «Legal aspects of the delegation of decision-making by artificial intelligence systems in «smart cities», as a result of which, we developed recommendations for the development and improvement of Russian legislation on the issue of delegating tasks to artificial intelligence.
  • Advised and represented a Russian subsidiary of an American technology company on audit of compliance with personal data legislation initiated by Roskomnadzor (Russian TMT watchdog).
  • Advised an American multinational technology company on issues related to child protection, advertising, online regulatory matters, intellectual property rights infringement.
  • Advised a live video-streaming provider on takedown requirements, development of contractual documentation and other issues arising from the operation of their online platform in Russia.
  • Performed a compliance review relating to the participation in the upcoming auction for LTE frequencies in Russia for a global provider of telecommunication services.
