Melling, Voitishkin & Partners represented VOS'HOD, developer of exclusive real estate, in the sale of historic Central Telegraph building with a total area of 68,424 m² located in Tverskaya Street in Moscow to T-Bank Group. The Central Telegraph building will become the campus of the Central University, established at the initiative of T-Bank with the support of more than 50 major Russian companies.
According to media experts, this is currently the largest sale transaction in the Moscow office property market in 2025.
Melling, Voitishkin & Partners lawyers assisted the client in agreeing the main terms of the transaction, preparation of binding documentation, negotiations and the closing of transaction. The transfer of the seller's intellectual property rights was a distinct part of the transaction.
VOS'HOD will continue to be the developer of the historic Central Telegraph building.
